Process Phases​

Good search direction is essential for success. Knowing how to ask the right questions during the diagnostic meeting has proven to be a very important asset in achieving exponential results for everyone involved.
The project strategy that our client receives is a map to be followed in search of the ideal professional. Soft and hard skills, detailed schedule, hunting ground, emotional, cultural and philosophical aspects to achieve alignment of common purposes.
Phase 1
Name generation through active hunting tools and via social media, push mail for evaluated candidates and free advertisements on our website and social media complement the long list.
Phase 2
The mapping begins to take shape and, at the end of the process, could serve as support for decision-making. Important steps will be taken to compose the short list in face-to-face, telephone and videoconference meetings.
Phase 3
Final in-depth meetings with executives, biography interviews and career anchors. The week ends with the delivery of the final materials and presentation of the finalists to our client.
Phase 4
Negotiation with finalists, proposal, adjustment of start date and transition period, support in cultural adjustment in the new company, monitoring of contractual guarantees and follow-ups.

Fase 1

Fase 2
O mapeamento começa a tomar forma e, ao final do processo, poderá servir de apoio para tomada de decisão. Passos importantes serão tomados na composição da short list em reuniões presenciais, telefônicas e via videoconferência.
Fase 3
Reuniões finais de aprofundamento com os executivos, entrevistas por biografia e âncoras de carreira. A semana finaliza com a entrega dos materiais finais e apresentação dos finalistas ao nosso cliente.
Fase 4
Negociação com finalistas, proposta, ajuste de data de início e período de transição, apoio no ajuste cultural na nova empresa, acompanhamento das garantias contratuais e follow ups.
